Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your products promptly and efficiently, regardless of your location or where the items originate. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the product’s origin and your destination. Please refer to the details below for a clear understanding of our shipping policy:
1. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are influenced by the following factors:
- Product Origin: The location from which the item is shipped.
- Destination Address: The address to which the product is being delivered.
- Package Weight and Size: The total weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Shipping estimates will be provided upon request when the order is ready to ship.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the size of the order. We will provide you with estimated lead times in days. After an order leaves our warehouse, it is up to the shipping company. We are unable to take responsibility for 3rd parties or carrier delays.
3. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Orders may be split into multiple shipments depending on the products ordered
4. Shipping Locations
We ship to any location within the contiguous US states, including Fulfilment Centers or Residential addresses
5. Missing or Damaged Goods
All shipments are FOB Origin. We do not cover items lost or damaged during shipment. Once we hand off the shipment to the carrier, it is no longer under our control and, therefore, not our liability. Once picked up, carrier liability begins.
6. Shipping Methods
- Small Parcel Delivery (SPD): Ideal for smaller packages shipped via carriers like UPS or FedEx.
- Less than Truckload (LTL): Suitable for larger shipments that don't require a full truckload.
- Full Truckload (FTL): For large quantities that fill an entire truck, offering cost-efficiency for bulk shipments.
7. Shipment Documents
To ship out an order, we require the following shipping documents:
